H M Riajul Hoque, BDO of Uluberia–I Block and AERO of 178 Uluberia Dakshin Assembly Constituency, has been honoured with the prestigious “Best AERO 2025 Award” on the eve of National Voters’ Day 2026, at a state-level programme organised by the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), West Bengal.
The award recognises his outstanding performance in electoral administration, including efficient voter list management, transparent and inclusive election processes, and citizen-friendly voter services.
His leadership in Special Intensive Revision (SIR), facilitation of home hearings for elderly, sick, and persons with disabilities, and commitment to reducing voter inconvenience received special appreciation.
